David is a longtime fixture in the Tampa hospitality scene, returning home after more than a decade as a senior leader with the nationally acclaimed Spanish tapas group, Barcelona Wine Bar. His career traces back to the trailblazing energy of the original Fly Bar & Restaurant on Franklin Street, where he helped shape the creative and operational vision behind what would become some of the country’s most influential hospitality concepts. At The Bricks, David brings together a career defined by thoughtful hospitality and a deep passion for craft.

As our dedicated Event Coordinator, Andrea is the architect behind every celebration at The Bricks. From intimate private dinners in the Brick Room to large-scale productions in the Courtyard, Andrea’s meticulous eye for detail ensures that every event is seamlessly executed. She serves as the primary point of contact for all private inquiries, turning your vision into a tailored Ybor experience.

JPRE Development is a Tampa-based firm specializing in urban revitalization, historic preservation, and mixed-use projects, with a focus and passion for Ybor City. Through its joining with The Bricks, the JPRE team provides support, ensuring the bar and restaurant thrive as a vibrant community gathering place while preserving the neighborhood’s unique character. The team is led by Joshua Pardue, who moved to Ybor in the early 2000s to attend USF, worked in Ybor Hospitality while he began renovating properties, and was proud to be among the first guests at The Bricks over 15 years ago.
